Prime is being developed as a standalone collector and enricher of occupational and skill knowledge. It is designed to preserve source provenance and map results to complete native canonical knowledge artifacts through the existing Knowledge Contract schemas and validation. DeepSeek is the planned generation path; JEV supplies separate classification. The collection service is not deployed, live quality is not established, and future Talomnia Atlas integration is not active. Atlas implementation remains paused.
Planned capabilities
- Planned: collect professional knowledge from eligible sources with traceable provenance
- Planned: enrich selected occupations, roles and skill concepts through DeepSeek generation
- Planned: classify candidates through a separate JEV path and validate native artifact mapping
- Planned: retain a portable dataset for future Atlas integration, independently of the collection engine
Current autonomy level
Weakest link
No installed collector, measured live quality or native runtime admission is claimed. Autonomy has not been assessed; the dashes above mean no current or target level is asserted.
Roadmap to —
- Complete and independently verify source collection, enrichment and native validation
- Verify operation rights, bounded jobs, durable storage and recovery before service deployment
- Measure an authorized bounded collection pilot before claiming live quality or coverage
- Integrate eligible data with Atlas only when its existing pause and consumer gates are resolved
