Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Arcanada and its Google/YouTube-connected features, operated by Pavel Valentov, individual entrepreneur (Republic of Kazakhstan). By using the application you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application.
YouTube Terms of Service
The application uses YouTube API Services. By using any YouTube-connected feature of the application, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Your interaction with content and data obtained through the YouTube API is subject to those Terms and to the Google Privacy Policy. The application's use of YouTube API Services complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.
Permitted use
You may use the application only for lawful purposes and only with YouTube channels and Google accounts you are authorized to act for. You are responsible for the content you upload and for compliance with YouTube's Community Guidelines and applicable law.
Revocation and termination
You may revoke the application's access to your Google account at any time via https://myaccount.google.com/permissions and request deletion of held data via the Data Deletion & Revocation page. We may suspend access for violation of these Terms or of Google/YouTube policies.
Disclaimer and liability
The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing language
The English version of these Terms is the legally authoritative version. Translations into other languages are provided for convenience only; in case of any conflict, the English version prevails.
