A stack-agnostic CLI workflow for AI-assisted software development: PRD → Design → Plan → Implement → QA → Compliance → Archive. Each transition leaves an auditable artifact, while autonomy scales with task complexity and preserves hard gates for consequential actions. Datarim is the operational backbone used to ship the rest of the ecosystem, and its own releases follow the same pipeline. Claude Code, Codex CLI, and Cursor consume the same command and skill contracts through runtime-specific adapters. RTK integration is an optional optimization, not a requirement.
