Data Deletion & Authorization Revocation
This page explains how to revoke Arcanada's access to your Google account and how to request deletion of the Google/YouTube user data the application holds about you. It applies to data obtained through Google API Services, including the YouTube Data API v3.
1. Revoke application access (immediate)
To immediately stop the application from making further calls to your Google/YouTube account, revoke its access from your Google Account:
- Open https://myaccount.google.com/permissions (Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services).
- Select Arcanada.
- Choose Remove access.
Revocation takes effect immediately and invalidates the application's OAuth tokens for your account.
2. Request deletion of held data
To request deletion of the Google/YouTube user data the application currently holds (including any stored OAuth tokens and associated metadata), send a deletion request to legal@arcanada.ai from the email address associated with your account, or use the in-app deletion control where available.
3. What happens and when
Upon revocation and/or a verified deletion request, the application deletes the associated Google/YouTube user data and OAuth tokens from its active systems within 30 days, except where retention of specific records is required by applicable law. refresh tokens are retained only until you revoke access or delete your data; the transient copy of an uploaded video is deleted after the upload completes; associated metadata is removed within 30 days
Content you previously uploaded to YouTube itself is governed by YouTube and remains under your control in YouTube Studio; deleting it there is separate from revoking application access.
