A family of products needs one place that holds it together. Arcanada Ecosystem is the root operating system for the Arcanada product family: the public site, project registry, mandates, shared infrastructure rules and publishing surfaces.
It owns arcanada.ai, the public narrative, the project index and the governance contract that every product follows.

A task prefix registry and archive taxonomy for every project family.
Capabilities
Working now
- Public website and bilingual ecosystem map at arcanada.ai
- Task prefix registry and archive taxonomy for every project family
- Shared mandates for autonomy, publishing, security, CI/CD, and workspace discipline
- Cross-project documentation, spaces registry, and operational runbooks
- Release and publication surfaces for public ecosystem updates
Current autonomy level
Weakest link
The registry is still partly hand-maintained: project additions can land in the task prefix table before the public website is updated.
Roadmap to L4
- Add automated drift checks between the Task Prefix Registry, status dashboard, and arcanada.ai project cards.
- Move site deploys from manual rsync to a fully verified push-to-main workflow with post-deploy browser checks.
- Expose a machine-readable public ecosystem manifest for downstream sites and dashboards.
